Off-Market Method is a brand of Cordis Group ("we"). Here's what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect.

Your email when you ask for the Gap Table or the brief. If you buy something: name, email, and payment details (handled by Stripe, we never see your card number). If you later complete a paid assessment: the business information you choose to provide.

What we do with it.

Send you what you asked for. Send the email series you signed up for (leave anytime, one click, bottom of every email). Deliver and support products you buy. That's it.

What we never do.

Sell your information. Share your business details with buyers, brokers, or anyone else. Contact you "about selling your business."

Who touches the data.

MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments), Netlify (site hosting), Plausible (privacy-respecting analytics, no cookies, no personal profiles). Each under their own security terms.

Business information from paid engagements

is treated as confidential, used only to produce your deliverables, and never used in public materials, composites in our marketing are fictional.
